There is even meant to be a cap to data spend when abroad even if I had used the data myself, the charges should have been capped accordingly, but they were not.
Virgin mobile customer service assured me that this wouldnāt happen but it did. I am currently working abroad and being concerned about their guidelines on the switch I gave them a ring. I was told that if my scheduled switch to O2 didnāt work that they would try again next month.

Data services are working OK in the UK and I guess the APN is wrong for roaming. I can't test until I travel abroad again in October but need a definite fix, don't understand why O2 are not responding, I sent them a screenshot of the APN settings š¤·š»ā
