Push it all the way forward, that's sprinting. Parkour is done by holding down A/X. I dont think there is a sprint button. i’ve seen vids of people sprinting though and i just don’t get this haha, someone just sent me a message of the ending spoiler so that’s fun though.

You still constantly run with legacy controls, but instead of X or A to parkour up, it’s right trigger.
